Non medical ADHD diagnosis
I offer comprehensive non-medical ADHD assessments for adults in a supportive, neuro-affirming environment. These assessments are designed for people who may be questioning whether ADHD could explain long-standing difficulties with focus, organisation, overwhelm, emotional regulation, motivation, or burnout. The process includes a detailed exploration of your history, current experiences, and the impact symptoms have across different areas of life, alongside recognised screening tools and a written report. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in an understanding that many neurodivergent people have spent years masking, misunderstanding themselves, or feeling dismissed. While a non-medical assessment does not provide access to medication, many clients find that gaining clarity and language for their experiences can be validating, empowering, and helpful in informing therapy, workplace adjustments, education, and self-understanding.
