I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD psychotherapist and music therapist specializing in trauma work. My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, somatic therapies, and creative modalities to support nervous system regulation, identity integration, and healing from complex trauma. As a neurodivergent clinician, I bring a lived-experience lens to my work, valuing authenticity and attunement. I’m especially passionate about supporting fellow neurodivergent individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, accessing their inner worlds, and cultivating sustainable, self-honoring ways of being.
