I have been a therapist since 2013. I was diagnosed with autism later in life, in 2020, and have been working through the process of unshaming my neurodivergence ever since – while therapy is about you, the client, I think it’s important to know that I’ve had to do this work myself and know how hard it can be. My therapy is 1 parts humor, 1 parts empathy, and 3 parts patient affirming care. I like to incorporate your special interests into my treatment as much as possible to make it feel like familiar ground. If this sounds good to you, feel free to reach out.
