Philip Schatz, NeuroPeerCoaching — Peer Coaching for Autistic and ADHD Adults
NeuroPeerCoaching offers online peer coaching for autistic adults, adults with ADHD, and AuDHD adults. Our work starts from a simple premise: support is different when it comes from someone who understands from the inside.
Philip Schatz is a systemic counselor (B.Sc. Psychology), certified through aut.IN, and a lecturer at the Zentrum für Autismuskompetenz, Germany’s largest autism training center. He is autistic and has ADHD. Alongside the practice, he built and runs a peer support program for neurodivergent students at a German university.
The practice is built as a supervised team: neurodivergent coaches at the start of their professional path, working with continuous supervision and mentorship from Philip. Every coach brings lived experience to their practice.
Sessions are online and in English. Common themes include late diagnosis, autistic burnout, executive functioning, relationships and communication, work, and identity.
We do not offer therapy or diagnosis. This is coaching and counseling from a peer perspective.
