Patrice Riley - Coaching and Peer Support
I’m Patrice, and I’m based in California. My practice is a natural outgrowth of my nearly quarter-century long journey of healing from the complex traumas inherent in the experiences of being a late discovered, unsupported autistic woman as well as a member of the Irish diaspora. I’m a Trauma Recovery Coach certified through the International Association for Trauma Recovery Coaching and I specialize in providing Internal Family Systems (IFS) – informed coaching for autistic women, and for those navigating the unique tasks of Irish diaspora healing. Through my practice, I create a safe, understanding space that deeply honors your experiences and supports your journey toward healing with care and sensitivity.
My coaching integrates IFS methodology with trauma-responsive practices, recognizing that healing happens when we create safety, understanding, and connection. I work collaboratively with you to understand your unique needs and experiences, acknowledging that every person’s path to healing is different.
Through my own lived experience as a late-discovered autistic woman, I support autistic women in embracing their authentic selves, developing strategies for navigating a neurotypical world, and building confidence in their unique strengths and perspectives. Together, we work to create systems and approaches that honor your neurodivergent experience rather than trying to mask or change it.
