Olivia Krawtchuk - LPC, C-IAYT
I am a queer, AuDHD therapist who is passionate about working with clients through a somatic, relational, neuroaffirming and holistic lens.
As a Holistic Mental Health Therapist, I process with you and create a space of compassion, safety, and acceptance. As a Yoga Therapist, I enjoy bringing the body and spirit into therapy sessions through meditation, somatic movement, breathing techniques, and more. My approach is eclectic and draws on various therapies, from Internal Family Systems and Yoga Therapy, to Mindfulness Meditation and Ecotherapy. This approach provides broader perspective and insight, as well as a deeper understanding into who you are.
I recently completed additional training in Ecopsychology at Naropa University because I believe that having a compassionate, reciprocal relationship with the earth is important to mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I approach therapy from the mind, body, and spirit perspective and believe that an integration of the three is important to the therapy process.
My specialties are Trauma and C-PTSD, anxiety, ecological despair, sexuality and gender identity, and AuDHD. I also enjoy working with other therapists, healers, and helping professionals. As a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am deeply passionate about working with clients who are part of the community. I love working with clients who are curious about spirituality and want to explore a path that is right for them.
I am looking forward to connecting with you!
