I provide neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapy for kids, teens, and families. My work focuses on sensory health, emotional regulation, and daily life skills in a way that respects your natural ways of thinking, feeling, and moving through the world.

Together, we explore how your sensory system, emotions, and environment interact and we create sustainable routines that work for you.

My clients often seek my therapy services for support with: sensory processing, emotional literacy development, emotional management, burnout, communication, organizing daily life, unmasking and identity exploration, academic support, family coaching, and life balance. My approach is individualized to what will best support you. I am here to support you on your journey of understanding yourself so you can thrive in your authentic life.

I recently created The Authentic SELF curriculum designed for kids and families to gain skills in sensory-emotional literacy. If you are interested in using these materials in sessions with me, we can explore them together.

Working with me may include use of sensory strategies, environmental adaptations, accommodation support, nervous system support, and real-life problem solving tailored to your personal goals.

If you would like to discover more about my services, I would be happy to discuss more by email, phone, or video call.
