Hello!
Thank you for looking at my listing. I’m Nuala Clancy O’Connor, a professional coach and neurodiversity adviser, passionate about helping people to thrive at work and in life. I work with English-speaking adults in Ireland, the U.K and other European regions.

I’m a late identified Autistic, AUDHD and Dyspraxic woman. Like many neurodivergent adults, my ‘eureka’ moment’ came during a burnout that felt difficult to explain. I was of course Autistic all along, but it took a while to integrate this into the different aspects of my life. I’m deeply grateful to those who supported me in this process,

I’ve been coaching for many years, with a more recent specialism of:
• Coaching and mentoring support for late identified autistic/neurodivergent adults
• Leadership, career and wellbeing coaching for neurodivergent adults.

I also have a long-standing niche of working with education professionals.

Why coaching?
I love the ‘partnership’ focus of coaching. It’s not about teaching or telling someone what they should do, or what they need to know. Each of us has our own story, with many nuances and influences.

If we work together, I promise to
• show unconditional respect for who you are; your beliefs, identity, aspirations, personal history, and thinking style.
• be transparent about who I am and how I work.
• encourage, accept and learn from feedback.
• speak openly if I’ve any concerns about whether coaching is the right support for you.

As a qualified and credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation, and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, I follow rigorous codes of ethics and am committed to continuous professional development. There’s more about that on my website.
I’m also a qualified coaching supervisor, teacher, retired insurance professional and a mental health first aider.

Drop me an email if you’d like arrange a no-obligation exploratory conversation.
20% of my work is on a pro-bono or ‘sliding scale’ basis, for those unable to pay the full fee.
