I’m a Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapist for AuDHD, Borderline, Kinky, Polyamorous, and Parentified Adults. I work with:
+ neurodivergent folks needing support
+ parentified adults tuning into their needs
+ people living with borderline personality disorder
+ trans individuals navigating transitioning
+ LGBTQIA+ individuals
+ kinky folks who are looking for support without judgement
+ polyamorous individuals, couples and moresomes

My approach draws from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Rather than following one single method, I tailor the approach to fit you — pulling in practical tools when you need concrete skills, deeper exploratory work when you’re ready to unpack long-standing patterns, and space to reframe and reclaim your own story when that’s what serves you most.

Sessions typically run 50 minutes for individual and 90 minute for couples and moresomes.
