Neurodivergent IFS Level 1 Therapist
I’m a trauma-informed IFS therapist specializing in somatic approaches gently supporting neurodiverse clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, relational issues or other trauma related experiences. We take things slowly and go at your system’s pace, creating a sense of safety and building trust knowing that many spaces haven’t been safe. I also specialize in supporting those in the LGBTQIA+ community and HSPs (Highly Sensitive Persons). My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and collaborative. My own healing journey as well as my work with clients profoundly informs my belief that everyone’s system possesses the innate ability to heal. I bring a lot of empathy and validation, helping to normalize difficult experiences and get a better understanding of the impact of difficult relationships and events. Helping support others in having more self acceptance and self compassion is my passion!
