I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, and the lasting impact of complex and developmental trauma. I have long-term clinical experience working with autistic and ADHD adults throughout much of my career, and I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals across a wide range of life stages, including those who are late-diagnosed or exploring their identity.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, drawing from psychodynamic therapy alongside CBT, DBT, and other skills-based interventions when helpful. I also integrate a neurodivergent-affirming lens that focuses on masking, emotional overwhelm, sensory experiences, executive functioning challenges, and the impact of lifelong adaptation to environments that may not have been supportive or well-fitting.

As someone with ADHD myself, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work, particularly around attention differences, overwhelm, and the emotional weight of trying to “keep up.” This allows for a grounded, nonjudgmental, and strengths-based therapeutic space.

Much of my work focuses on helping clients who feel exhausted from overfunctioning, people-pleasing, or constantly masking in order to get through daily life. I help clients better understand their patterns, reduce self-blame, and develop more sustainable ways of functioning that align with how their brain actually works.

Together, we explore how past experiences shape current emotional responses, relationships, and identity, while building practical tools for regulation, communication, and daily life. The goal of therapy is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more understood, more regulated, and more able to live in a way that actually fits you.
