I identify as neurodivergent and have over 5 years experience of supporting other neurodivergent adults, working in diagnostic services, universities and charities. I am passionate about helping you to live fully and authentically, and able to have the best possible relationships with others.

I provide outdoor online counselling and therapy for adults in Sheffield and anywhere in the UK (online) – specialising in working with anxiety, overwhelm and burnout, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), healthy lifestyles, communication in relationships, and life changes/transitions.
