ND ADHD AuDHD ASC Therapist and Supervisor

I am an experienced ND (ADHD / AuDHD/ ASC) therapeutic counsellor. Living in a world not made for neurodivergent individuals might affect us on a profound level. I work with the undiagnosed, pre diagnosis, post diagnosis, dual diagnosis (AuDHD or coexisting OCD for example) focusing on further understanding of self (or relationships) and burn out recovery, for example, working with a strengths based model.

I also offer relationship/couples counselling specialised in working with neurodivergent individuals.

In addition I offer ND focused supervision for ND therapists mainly working with ND individuals and couples.
