Hi — I’m Natalia, a US-trained Relational Trauma Therapist and Somatic Sexologist, with over 15 years of experience, serving individuals and couples, online, from Texas to Australia. My approach integrates wisdom on attachment, relationships, somatics, trauma, sexuality, and culture with liberation-minded values to create vivid, reparative experiences in psychotherapy that we can translate to a life well lived.

My services are rooted in my training as a DEEP Certified Therapist, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and Full Embodiment Somatic Sexuality Healing Practitioner to help individuals and couples disentangle themselves from prior relational wounds and cultivate a life they wish to lead.

At the core, my passion lies in working with survivors of childhood abuse, domestic, and sexual violence. Many of the people I work with are of the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Kink/Poly, Sex Worker and Neurodivergent communities. I’m also a fellow late diagnosed AuDHD femme and the nuances of this experience has deepened my understanding of the interactions between our somatic and relational experiences and their impact on our health and wellness. Beyond wounds and identities, I am especially passionate about working with people who want to live a creative life. Meaning, they don’t just want the life that was handed to them – they want a life that they actively create that is of their own unique design.

Officially, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas and still serve many in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. Now that I’m living full time in Melbourne, Australia, I’m registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers and offer embodied support internationally.

What I love about trauma work is creating a reparative experience where pain and resilience can be seen and released. What I love about sexuality work is that it helps us reclaim permission to embody our wanting — letting that propel us forward in life, rather than trauma always driving. I find these two threads balance each other beautifully, and I’m grateful for the opportunity bring this lens to connecting with clients and colleagues alike.
