I offer neuro-affirming coaching for women navigating life and career transitions who are tired of over-adapting and want to make decisions that fit how they actually function.

You may have a recent ADHD, autism or AuDHD diagnosis and no idea what to do with it. It explains a lot about the past. It doesn’t tell you what to change on Monday. We work out what that is: what you redesign, what you ask for, what to stop compensating for, and how to make sense of your needs after years of thinking you were broken.

You may be neurodivergent and facing a career decision: a new role, a new field, or coming back after a leave or a burnout. Usually you already know. What’s missing is a decision made from your own criteria, not from what looks sensible on paper.

Or everything looks fine and means nothing. You did what was expected, you did it well, and you don’t recognise yourself in any of it.

I also work with women who are twice-exceptional: very capable in some areas, genuinely struggling in others, both at once. A formal diagnosis is not required to work with me.

Note: I use “women” as a shorthand for people socialized and treated as women. If this space resonates with you, you’re welcome here.

My aim is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, without having to perform or mask. I won’t ask you to leave your comfort zone. That’s where you think and decide well, and when your nervous system is on alert, your judgment drops. My approach is warm, creative, and gently challenging. Together, we explore your values, strengths, energy, and needs, then use what we learn to make practical decisions that work in your real life.

Sessions may include conversation, visual mapping, creative exercises and body-based awareness. You are welcome to keep your camera off, look away, move, fidget, pause and take time to process.

Sessions are available in French and English, online through Google Meet or in person in Stuttgart. They last 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the programme.

Getting in touch starts in writing. Tell me what you’re going through and what you’d like to feel differently in a few months, and I’ll answer personally. No sales call, no pressure. If a 20-minute call would help before we start, we can do that too for free.

I’m a certified professional coach, state-recognised as RNCP level 6 (France’s national qualification framework), trained in the ICF competency framework and code of ethics, with a certificate in neurodiversity coaching and nonviolent communication. I receive regular supervision. Coaching is separate from therapy, medical care, and diagnostic assessment.
