Mental Health Counselor

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, reformed people-pleaser, and neurodivergent exvangelical. I help people who feel and care deeply to reconnect to their inner wisdom, reclaim their playfulness, and heal from the pressures and traumas they have experienced. I am a cis-gendered, white, able-bodied, thin woman with AuDHD and giftedness in a heteronormative relationship. My office is located in Pensacola, FL on the unceded land of the Muscogee. Outside of work, I am an avid book-lover and parent to two amazing kids who invite me into the adventure of every-day life, and partner to a very tall husband who makes me laugh and helps me rest.
