I am a trauma informed therapist that practices from a bottom-up regulation perspective. I am trained in EMDR and work to support client’s in identifying patterns that no longer serve them. I am neuro-affirming, LGBTQIA+ allied, and hope to create a safe space in treatment where you feel seen, supported, and heard. I am in network the following insurance companies: United Healthcare, Aetna, Medical Mutual, Optum and some smaller plans. I also provide neuro-affirming ADHD and Autism assessments. I serve clients through 100% telehealth in the state of Ohio.
