Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that journey. My aim is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin to make sense of whatever you are facing.

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work pluralistically, which means I tailor therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit into one particular approach. Together, we’ll find a way of working that best meets your individual needs, goals, and experiences.

Alongside my private practice, I work within NHS and specialist mental health services, supporting people experiencing psychological distress, cancer, trauma, crisis, and suicidal thoughts. This experience has given me the privilege of working with people during some of the most difficult times in their lives, while reinforcing my belief that everyone deserves compassionate, skilled support.

My ongoing studies are in Adult Psychological Trauma through the Faculty of Brain Sciences at University College London (UCL), further strengthening my work with trauma and complex emotional difficulties.

I work with adults experiencing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, burnout, addiction, eating difficulties, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, bereavement through suicide, neurodiversity (including ADHD, autism and dyslexia), and complex mental health needs.

Whether you’re facing a specific problem, feeling overwhelmed, or simply know that something doesn’t feel right, you don’t have to face it alone. No concern is too big or too small to bring to counselling.

If you have healthcare, I accept vitality healthcare insurance.
