For folks who are self realized or diagnosed with ADHD or autism in adulthood, it might feel as if the world has shifted under your feet as you reckon with the past and integrate this new identity. In addition, I am skilled at work with tweens navigating middle school, Gen Z navigating their transition to adulthood, parents of quirky kids when traditional parenting styles just don’t work, and family work to resolve and heal family conflicts.
I approach care with warmth and compassion and pull from an eclectic mix of therapy approaches and strategies to help you meet your unique needs and goals.
