I’m Linda (she/her), a neurodivergent therapist offering online, trauma-focused counselling in most of Canada. I support adults navigating trauma, burnout, chronic illness, disability, relationship challenges, and the impacts of living in systems that haven’t always felt safe or affirming. Using experiential, somatic approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting, I help clients move beyond understanding their experiences intellectually toward deeper, embodied healing. My practice is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome exactly as they are.
