Libby English, Neuroaffirming Occupational Therapist
Hi, I’m Libby, an occupational therapist and a neurodivergent practitioner in North Brisbane, working in person and online.
Most of my work is with women, teens and students. I have a particular affinity for the neurodivergent experiences that come with midlife, work and study.
I see my job as helping you work out the best ways through the barriers between you and the life you want, the things you actually want to do. Not fixing you; there’s nothing to cure. Our work together is about practical change, built with you rather than done to you.
I work a lot with burnout and recovery from it, sensory overwhelm, late identification and self-understanding (including people who are curious rather than diagnosed), and the workplace or study adjustments that make staying well possible. I can help you reshape the systems, routines, and environments around you as well as your strategies, without sacrificing the important stuff.
