Leah McComb - One for All Therapy

Welcome, I’m Leah. I’m a humanistic counsellor registered with the BACP and based in Brighton, UK. My approach is rooted in humanistic therapy, which means we focus on how you make sense of your experiences, and how meaning emerges from your unique perspective.

As someone who is neurodivergent, I understand what it’s like to feel different in the world. This lived experience deeply informs my practice. I offer a space where difference is not only accepted but valued — where you can explore who you are without judgment.

I believe that mental health is not just about diagnosis or labels, but about how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, identity questions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

Before training as a therapist, I worked in education and social care, primarily within disability services. I also run a therapeutic forest school for neurodivergent adults, combining nature, creativity, and connection to support emotional wellbeing. These experiences have taught me the power of play, imagination, and alternative ways of expressing ourselves — and I bring that spirit into the therapy room.

Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, curious, or simply want to be heard, I aim to meet you with acceptance, openness, and respect. Therapy with me can be reflective, creative, playful — or quiet and gentle. There’s no one way to do this.

I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you explore your inner world.

I am able to offer online sessions and outdoor sessions in-person. From September 2026 I will be offering indoor in-person sessions as well.
