Manifest Wellness Counseling provides comprehensive ADULT ADHD/Autism Evaluations with minimal wait time (think less than 2 weeks) with a fast turn around. You’ll have your completed diagnostic report within 10 business days. This report can be taken to your prescriber for medication management, used for accommodations at work or school, and provide peace of mind. The package includes the complete 3 hour evaluation, clinical document, and final appointment to go over results. The package cost is $1,150 and there are payment options available.
Katherine is trained to administer the Cherry AADI (adult neurodivergent evaluation tool) and is a certified Women-Centered ADHD Treatment provider (W-CAT model).
