I am a neurodivergent-identified therapist specializing in adults (21+) who are neurodivergent and exploring how best to support and celebrate themselves. I also offer support around anxiety/stress, life transitions, and burnout. My aim is to help you increase your understanding of how you naturally operate and learn strategies for working with your brain – not against it! My typical client is interested in improving psychological flexibility, exploring their core values, and identifying actions they can take in support of creating and maintaining the life they want to lead.I primarily draw from the modalities of ACT and DBT. I offer a person-centered, nonjudgmental and neurodiversity-affirming approach to therapy, tailored to each individual’s needs. More than anything, I want to provide warm and comfortable space for you to explore how you can best show up for and accommodate yourself in a neurotypical world.
