I am GSRD/LGBTQIA+ affirming Psychotherapist and Coach, clinically trained in Transactional Analysis.
I work online only, on Zoom and by phone.

My work is trauma-informed and pluralistic. All my clients identify as Neurodivergent and many are on the Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) spectrum. This includes people who are queer, LGBTQIA+, kinky, non-monogamous, and sex workers.

From 2015, I have specialised in Autistic, AuDHD and ADHD affirming coaching and therapy and began my private practice in 2022 – http://www.atherapymind.co.uk

I engage in regular and consistent Supervision and Personal Therapy with highly experienced Neuro-affirming therapists.

I have completed The Neurodiversity-Paradigm Framework for Autistic Social Communication – in depth neurodiversity training for therapists
I am a member of the Therapist Neurodiversity Collective.

I professionally trained as a Life Coach in 2003 and in 2024 undertook further Neurodivergent specialist training through Gold Mind.
