I am an inclusive integrative therapist. I work online and face to face from my office in Andover town centre. I am qualified to work with age 3+ Inclusion is at the heart of my work as an affirming therapist, who is trauma informed. I am also qualified to work with adopted clients. Person centred is at the core of my training but I use DBT/TA and psychodynamic approached as well as being able to offer creative approaches using sand, images, art and storytelling to meet you where you are and journey towards the outcome you are looking for.
