I am a transformative coach with lived experience of complex neurodivergence and many years of working with neurodivergent adults. My focus is on helping neurodivergent people gain clarity about their traits and their impact on their wellbeing, reduce self-doubt, and build personalized strategies that lead to real, lasting change in both work and life. I help my clients reconnect their brain with their heart and rediscover the inner voice that guides them from the inside out.
