Hello there. My name is Karl, and I imagine you might be reading this because things feel a little tough for you right now. Please know, with all my heart, that you are absolutely not alone

For me, discovering therapy was a real turning point, a moment of profound change. I genuinely hope I can offer you a similarly supportive and nurturing environment. I truly believe in creating a safe, understanding, and completely non-judgmental space where you can feel truly comfortable talking openly about how you’re feeling..

I know that choosing a therapist or counsellor can feel a bit overwhelming, but the most important thing is finding someone you genuinely connect with. My approach is rooted in warmth and compassion, and it’s always tailored to your unique needs. Together, we can gently explore and work through whatever challenges you might be facing.

My aim

My role as your counsellor is to walk alongside you on your journey towards greater self-awareness and well-being. Together, we can explore who you truly are, build your confidence, and discover ways to make choices that feel right for you. I believe in your ability to shape your own life and want to support you reconnecting with yourself.

A big part of my work involves helping people who are dealing with loss and grief. I also offer support for those struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, or confidence issues.

Loss can come in many forms, like the loss of a loved one, a change in circumstances, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Whether you’re grappling with a specific loss or simply feeling off-balance, counselling can provide a safe space to process your experiences and find your way forward.

What I offer

I’m here to offer a safe and understanding space where you can share your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. No matter what you’re going through, I’m ready to listen without judgment and offer support. I believe in understanding your experiences from your own point of view. Your choices and decisions matter to me, so please feel free to share them.

Appointments

I know how hectic life can get, so I offer flexible appointments to fit around your schedule. Whether you’re free during the day or evening, I’m here to support you. Taking time for therapy can be tough, but it’s important to look after yourself. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to book a session that works for you.
