Karen - Therapy, coaching, spiritual teacher and embodiment coach.

Fee €100 / 50 min session.
I weave therapeutic approaches around your needs in each session. Through focusing exercises and working with your nervous system I guide you to work with your energy system as things arise for you and from you in the therapy space. This supports intuitive wisdom and embodiment to be nourished, leading to a growth in self awareness.
