Karen Rawden - Neuroaffirmative Psychotherapist
Everyone who comes to therapy yearns to connect with renewed meaning and purpose in their lives, and together we explore what is most important in that journey. I have written extensively about neurodiversity and how to work ethically with neurodiverse clients.
I truly believe that developing a trauma-informed inner life supports the transformation of relationships, self worth and readiness for the future that awaits. My experience shows that psychotherapy is a courageous and brilliant journey which can bring epiphanies in the most supportive and surprising ways.
