Personal Word: Hey, I’m Jaclyn and I am driven to help my fellow humans to feel fulfillment in their own lives. I strive to cultivate a safe and vulnerable relationship that helps clients to explore new relationship dynamics. My vast knowledge of ADHD and the different components of this condition is especially helpful to encourage self acceptance and integration of the condition into a neurotypical society. I am able to help explore and find connections that many people would have a difficult time seeing. My communication style is straight forward and considerate of the value of each person’s time.
My personal opinion is that the core of mental health issues comes from attachment traumas that have not been healed. I strive to help clients heal their attachment wounds through understanding our patterns of behavior while learning to appreciate of the complexities of neurodiversity.
