I provide individual therapy for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ young adults and adults. I often work with Autistic people, ADHDers, and AuDHDers navigating identity, masking, burnout, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, relationships, and life transitions.

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed. Sessions are collaborative and adapted to your communication style, sensory needs, processing pace, and goals. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Brainspotting based on what feels useful to you.

I also provide supervised psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults related to autism, ADHD, learning, cognitive and intellectual functioning, and emotional concerns. Assessments are completed under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist and require a provider referral.
