I am a ND experienced Complex trauma and Neurodivergent Therapist. I combine Internal family systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR certified) to help clients heal from complex trauma, and substance use. I help ND folks to embrace their identities, as well as find and use necessary accommodations. I am virtual only, and can bill OUT of Network Insurance.
