Juliana Kramer - Therapy Rooted in the Brilliance of the Brain: Supporting Healing and Self-Trust
I’m Juliana Kramer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care for adults and families. I believe deeply in the brilliance of the brain, its capacity to protect, adapt, and heal. Our minds and bodies are constantly developing strategies to help us survive the situations we face, doing the best we can with the information and support available at the time. Sometimes those strategies outlive their usefulness and begin to cause pain or keep us stuck, even though they once made sense. In therapy, we honor these patterns as signs of resilience and work together to create new ways of coping that support who you are today.
I bring this perspective to all of my work, taking into account how each person thinks, feels, and experiences the world through the lens of curiosity, culture, neurodiversity, and lived experience. My practice is grounded in the belief that neurodivergence is a natural part of human diversity, not something to be fixed, but understood, supported, and celebrated. Whether we’re working with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I strive to create a space where clients can safely explore how their minds work, build tools that fit their unique needs, and experience therapy that honors their full humanity. Healing often means unlearning self-blame, recognizing your strengths, and allowing your nervous system to find safety again. I see therapy as a process of rediscovering your capacity for growth, self-trust, and genuine well-being. Currently accepting clients for online therapy throughout Texas.
