As a proudly neurodivergent integrative counsellor, I understand both personally and professionally that many of the challenges neurodivergent people face come not from who we are, but from trying to navigate a world that often wasn’t designed with us in mind. I offer a warm, accepting and neurodivergent-affirming space where masking, judgement and the pressure to “fit in” can be left at the door.

My approach is collaborative, flexible and tailored to you as an individual. Whether you’re exploring identity, burnout, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, late diagnosis, or simply looking for a space where you don’t need to explain or justify your experience, I aim to meet you with curiosity, understanding and compassion.
