Jessica Latorre, LMSW — Neuroaffirming Therapy for Adults
Therapy should feel as unique as you are. This is a collaborative process, we work together to figure out what actually fits you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I like breaking big, overwhelming goals into steps that feel doable, because there’s no single way that works for everyone. This is your journey, and I’ll walk it with you at your pace.
Maybe you know exactly what’s been holding you back, or maybe you’re still figuring it out. Either way, I’m here to listen without judgment and help you find clarity in your own way.
I have experience working with neurodivergent folks, helping build self-awareness and coping tools designed for how you think. I’ve also supported people navigating major life transitions, including the decision to become a parent, adjusting to life as a new parent, reentry after incarceration, family estrangement, and end of life care.
As a lifelong artist with ADHD myself, creativity shapes how I show up both personally and in my work. I believe it’s a powerful tool for healing and growth, and I love finding ways to bring it into our sessions together, whether that means talking through ideas, trying something hands-on, or just making space for your mind to work the way it naturally does.
If you’re looking for a therapist who meets you where you are, no pretending, no pressure to be anyone other than yourself, I’d love to work with you.
