Jessica Gilmore, LMSW - Associate Provider at Seshio
I specialize in helping people through the messy process of life transitions. This often involves navigating the crushing weight of anxiety and depression, healing from trauma that makes you feel disconnected from yourself, and exploring your identity (including gender identity). I am particularly skilled at creating a safe, affirming space for neurodivergent & highly sensitive people.
My practice is trauma-informed and holistic, grounded in the belief that therapy should be as unique as you are. I don’t use a “one-size-fits-all” model. Instead, we’ll collaboratively build a “one-size-fits-one” approach, drawing from a toolkit that includes strengths-based, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) methods, always tailored to what helps you heal and grow.
If you’ve felt “too weird” or that your interests aren’t taken seriously in other settings, this is your space. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be curious about who you are and who you want to become. If you feel like you’ve lost the thread of your own story while navigating life’s messy transitions or the weight of anxiety, please know: you are not alone, you are not broken, and you are right where you need to be.
