When we meet, what you will get is a therapeutic experience that will be mentally, physically, and emotionally comforting for the entire time you are here. Taking this first step into making your mental health a priority can be terrifying, but it is my ultimate goal to make the transition as smooth as possible. For my fellow neurodivergents, first off, there is NOTHING wrong with you, NOTHING that needs to be fixed, NOTHING that needs to be cured. What you are looking for is help in understanding the WHY and HOW of neurodivergence and how you can utilize ALL of your skill sets and advocate for your needs in our neuro-typical world.

I am a personally PROUD member of the neurodivergent population who is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Registered Play Therapist™, AutPlay ® Certified, and Nationally Certified School Counselor (NCSC). I have a strong skill set in neurodivergence, family systems, education, abuse, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am an advocate for wraparound services and it is my goal to make sure all active parties are working collaboratively.

Whether that is understanding a new diagnosis (or wondering if you have one!), exploring changes in your identity, learning new skills to cope with new phases in life, or needing someone to validate your lived experiences, I would love to be a part of your journey as you take that first step towards growth and healing.
