Practitioner identifies as: ADD, ADHD, AuDHD, Autistic, Neurodivergent

I work with neurodivergent adults, including ADHD, autistic, AuDHD clients, and highly sensitive people who may be navigating burnout, overwhelm, masking, relationship stress, executive functioning challenges, identity exploration, or the feeling that they have spent years trying to fit into ways of living that were never designed for them.
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, depth-oriented, and collaborative. Rather than focusing on “fixing” neurodivergent traits, we work to understand your nervous system, patterns, needs, and the parts of you that may have learned to mask, overfunction, shut down, or push through.

Sessions are tailored to how your brain works. I integrate attachment-based therapy, parts work, EFT, Coherence Therapy, EMDR, and somatic approaches depending on what feels most helpful. You can expect a space where you do not have to perform, explain away your needs, or work toward appearing more neurotypical. Our work is about helping you better understand yourself, reduce shame, build sustainable supports, and create a life that works more naturally with your neurodivergence.
