I am an executive function coach working online with neurodivergent adults across the UK and worldwide. My coaching is strengths-based, starting from what is already working for you rather than a deficit-based view of what is not.

I work with Autistic adults, ADHDers, AuDHD people, dyslexic adults, and dyspraxic adults, including people navigating neurodivergent burnout and those noticing the impact of hormonal change (including perimenopause) on how they function day to day. I also support neurodivergent business owners and people accessing coaching through the UK government’s Access to Work.

Coaching explores your executive function profile across eleven skills (including task initiation, working memory, planning, emotional regulation, and flexibility) and builds practical strategies that fit how your brain actually works. Sessions are 50 minutes, delivered via Google Meet, in blocks of eight or twelve.

Alongside one-to-one coaching, I offer body doubling sessions for neurodivergent adults who find it easier to focus and follow through on tasks when working alongside someone else. These are available as standalone sessions and do not require a coaching package.

A free discovery call is always the first step. No commitment, just a conversation to see whether working together feels like the right fit.

Coaching draws on the executive skills framework as its foundation, alongside motivational interviewing and the stages of behaviour change model. Within sessions we may also explore different ideas. For example, from polyvagal theory, the window of tolerance, and basic needs, looking at what conditions help you function well and what gets in the way. We pay attention to motivation, the stories you carry about yourself, and the perspectives and narratives that shape how you approach challenges.

The aim across a block of sessions is not just to build strategies but to build capacity. Over time, the goal is that you develop the skills and the practice to reflect on your own experience, ask yourself the right questions, set goals in a way that genuinely suits how you think, and self-coach beyond our sessions. Independence is always the direction we are working towards.
