Helping neurodivergent leaders shift from striving to thriving
After 25+ years in the corporate world feeling alone and frustrated by how differently I seemed to think, feel and function from others around me, I got my coaching training and certification.
I now work with leaders who are wired a little differently—which can mean highly sensitive (I prefer the term highly perceptive), ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or any other trait or condition that comes with its own superpowers and challenges.
I often hear from my clients, “I want to be the best leader I can be”—not only (or even mostly) for themselves but for their teams, their companies, their families.
So many of these leaders have spent their lives putting others first that they’re not even sure who they are or what they want for themselves.
I help them clarify their goals—how they want to show up in the world—and redesign or realign their work and lives to create the conditions they need to thrive.
What do you want for yourself and your life? How do you want to show up in the world?
I’d love to support you in making that happen.
