Seeking help can be overwhelming, especially for the first time. You may be used to feeling misunderstood, unheard, or unimportant. I aim to help you feel safe and provide a place where you can talk about what’s troubling you, without fear of judgment. I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor: I tailor sessions to your wants and needs, and help you find your strengths as well as work through your struggles. Therapy can be hard at times, but it needn’t be boring: I encourage creativity, humour, and bringing your own personality into the room!

I work individually with adults aged 18+. I welcome neurodivergent clients and understand the particular needs and difficulties that may arise in therapy, being neurodivergent myself. I work in an affirming way, and help people explore the impact of late diagnoses. I can help with anxiety, depression/low mood, grief and loss, trauma, identity, self-esteem and relationships, amongst other concerns.

We will collaborate to meet your needs, and regularly review what you are getting from the therapy and what you might need moving forward. As a staunch ally, I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients, and other marginalised groups, and appreciate the nuances of intersectionality.
