Grounded Transitions
Hi, I’m Russell and I spent years trying to find a sense of self, how I related to others, and what I was meant to do with my life. As a gay, neurodiverse person, I learned early on that the world doesn’t always make space for difference. And that masking, shrinking, or over‑functioning can become second nature.
But I also learned something else: when you finally stop contorting yourself to fit expectations and seeking validation for things that don’t align with your values and truth, everything opens up.
I help people who want more from life, more clarity, more connection, more emotional steadiness, more meaning, and a clear sense of self. My work centres on three core areas:
Life purpose and direction
If you feel lost, stuck, or unsure what’s next, we’ll uncover what truly drives you. Not what you “should” want but what actually lights you up.
Relationship navigation
Whether you’re healing, struggling with communication, or wanting deeper intimacy, I help you understand your relational wiring and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.
Emotional regulation and nervous system support
Together, we explore practical, compassionate tools to help you feel grounded, resilient, and more in control of your emotional world without bypassing your lived experience.
I’m not a “fix you” coach. I’m a “walk with you” coach.
My style is:
• Affirming — your identity, your wiring, and your story are respected and celebrated
• Direct but gentle — I’ll tell you the truth, but with care
• Emotionally attuned — I pay attention to what’s said and what’s underneath
• Neurodiversity‑positive — no masking, no shame, no pressure to be “typical”
• Trauma‑aware — safety and regulation come first
• Collaborative — we build your path together, not from a script
I blend structured tools with intuitive insight, helping you understand yourself deeply while giving you practical ways to navigate life with more clarity and steadiness.
