Francesca Harland-Davis, AuDHD Adult and Family Neuroaffirming Psychotherapist

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand how your experiences, patterns, and emotions connect.
I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent and disabled individuals. Many of the people I work with are used to masking, pushing through burnout, or feeling like they don’t quite fit the expectations placed on them. Therapy can be a place where you don’t need to explain why your brain works the way it does.
I have experience working with the queer community and folks who live alternate lifestyles, like polyamory and sex work. This is a no judgement space!
Our sessions are a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or prove yourself. We work together to understand what actually helps you, rather than trying to force strategies that were never designed for the way your mind works.
What happens in a session? We usually begin with a check-in: how your week has been, what has felt overwhelming, frustrating, or perhaps even positive. From there, we explore whatever feels most important for you in that moment.
This might include difficulties with focus, burnout, relationships, self-doubt, or the feeling of navigating a world that was not built with your needs in mind.
How we work together
We work with your brain rather than against it, breaking things down into manageable steps and exploring approaches that suit the way you think and process.
We look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, with curiosity rather than judgment. We create space to challenge the shame many people carry about feeling “too much” or “not enough.”
We develop practical tools to help manage overwhelm, set boundaries, and navigate everyday life.
There is no expectation to show up in a particular way. Some sessions may involve deeper reflection, while others may focus on immediate challenges in your day-to-day life.
Together, we shape the therapy in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
