I work with neurodivergent, LGBTIQA+, and other marginalised folks who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and burnt out. Together we’ll use Somatic, Narrative, and Existential practices, and creative, collaborative conversations to explore the patterns of our lives and shift the barriers in our way.
