Expressive Arts Therapy for Autistic & ADHD Adults (Oregon, Telehealth)
If you’ve spent years masking, over-functioning, or trying to keep up in ways that don’t actually match how your brain works, you might be feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or out of sync with yourself.
You may look “fine” on the outside, but internally feel depleted, disconnected, or unsure who you are underneath it all.
This is therapy that doesn’t rely on talking alone. We can use creative, body-based approaches—like image-making, writing, movement, or other expressive processes—to help you process emotions, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with yourself in ways that actually fit.
You don’t need to explain everything perfectly or have the “right” words. Sessions are collaborative and paced to support how you think and process.
No art experience is needed — just a willingness to explore.
This work is especially supportive if you’re autistic or ADHD and navigating burnout, masking, or identity shifts. I primarily work with women and also welcome adults of other genders who resonate with this approach.
All sessions are offered via telehealth across Oregon.
