I work from a neurodivergent-affirming perspective, which means we explore your brain and experiences as valid, not something to “fix”. I firmly believe that you don’t need a diagnosis to access support. I also hold an inclusive, identity-aware space, and welcome people from LGBTQIA+, GSRD, and diverse relationship backgrounds. This is part of my practice, but not something you need to identify with to feel at home here.
