As a certified ADHD specialist coach with more than 2500 hours of coaching experience, I offer my clients a unique lens for recognizing and managing common struggles with overwhelm, planning, time, emotions, self-awareness, and other challenges that are typical for ADHD’ers. My coaching practice focuses on neurodivergent professionals, especially women in leadership positions, and on learning the personal and professional skills you need in order to have satisfaction at home and work, on your own terms.

Regardless of whether you are neurodivergent or not, challenges such as planning, time-management, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and overwhelm affect all of us at times. ADHD-friendly executive function and time management skills will work for everyone to make progress more joyful, even while you balance the expectations of others against the need for flexibility, joy, and passion in your work.
