EMDR Psychotherapist
I’m a neurodivergent psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner based in Manchester, offering a warm, down-to-earth and neuro-affirming space where people can show up exactly as they are.
I work relationally and collaboratively, recognising that many neurodivergent people have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed or as though they have had to mask their way through life.
Alongside psychotherapy and EMDR, I have a particular interest in burnout, nervous system overwhelm, identity, and the emotional impact of long-term coping and masking.
I also work within end-of-life support, which has deepened my appreciation for the complexity of grief, change, meaning and the importance of compassionate human connection.
My approach is gentle, thoughtful and paced around the individual, with a focus on helping people feel safer, more understood and more connected to themselves.
