I’m an integrative therapist working with adults. I offer a space where you can talk openly about what’s going on without having to make everything sound better than it is.

I work with people around things like anxiety, low mood, relationships, self-esteem, life changes, feeling overwhelmed and burnout. I also work with neurodivergent adults who may have spent a lot of time trying to fit in, mask parts of themselves or work out why certain things seem easier for other people. I don’t see neurodivergence as something that needs to be fixed. I’m interested in understanding how you experience the world and what has happened in your life, while also looking at the things that might be making life difficult for you now.

My approach is integrative, so I draw from different ways of working rather than expecting one approach to suit everyone. There are elements of humanistic, psychodynamic and CBT therapy in my work, but you don’t need to know what any of that means. We’ll work things out together.
You don’t have to come to the first session knowing exactly what you want to talk about. You can take your time, get your thoughts out in whatever way works for you, and we can go from there.

I’m also neurodivergent myself, so I understand some of this from the inside as well as through my professional training and experience. I know how tiring it can be to constantly feel like you need to adjust yourself to fit what other people expect. For me, therapy is about having somewhere you can take the mask off a bit, make sense of yourself and feel more comfortable being who you actually are.
